Position Available: Web/Database and Marketing Administrator

General Responsibilities:
Provide database support and/or management for sales and marketing purposes.
You will input, update, operate, and configure all data elements in regards to our GoldMine database. You will also create and deploy automated and trigger-based communications as directed by the marketing team.
You are responsible and accountable to update, revise, correct, improve our online website content including deploying our weekly ezines using HTML.
Working with the marketing team you will implement, manage and maintain all online marketing and communication processes including but not limited to Blogs, Podcasts, Webcasts, You Tube & other video, Facebook & Twitter.
Provide customer support to CRG clients and prospects, many who are HR professionals with advanced degrees.
You will deploy corporate communications, including e-newsletters, email and marketing campaigns. This includes basic proof-reading and editing in all media types.
Setup and occasionally (when the sales team needs help) attend tradeshowsmay require some out-of-town event management.
Manage all logistics for both online and print-based marketing campaigns including sorting database contacts, mail merges, stuffing mail pieces, organizing fulfillment center details, etc.
Submit press releases, conference speaking proposals and selling company services as directed by the executive team.
Forward and follow-up with communications to media outlets including placing corporate articles in global media.
Submit articles to various websites.

Qualifications:
Mandatory
3+ years demonstrable experience in customer service, sales and marketing support, database management and online web content management.
Excellent level of knowledge and experience in creating and independently implementing CRM and trigger based marketing processes, strategies and plans in an entrepreneurial and medium size business environment.
You have a vehicle, valid drivers license and able to setup trade show booth and physically lift boxed materials.
You understand data management (CRM) methodologies and technologies. We use Goldmine.
You are proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, HTML, and email. You are also very familiar and comfortable with most technology and if not you learn programs quickly.
You possess a high degree of personal integrity and interpersonal skills.
You have excellent self-management skills and you are a natural problem solver and decision maker.
You are a team player who: listens well, works well under pressure and consistently meets targets.
You must feel comfortable and be able to work with both faith-based organizations as well as Fortune 500 executives.
As a publishing company perfection and high quality work is a must and this feature is second nature to you.
You easily handle deadlines and pressure while multi-tasking with calmness and maturity.
Performance-based targets and accountability are an expectation of this role.
You will also be crossed-trained on digital printing and binding equipment as a backup operator for our print shop.
Required Skills:
Typing speed of 40-50+ wpm. You are very familiar and comfortable with most technology.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, Email.
Medium to high level knowledge in HTML.
Familiar with or used web content management systems.
Working knowledge of Dreamweaver and Flash is a bonus.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, In-Design, and Photoshop desirable
Understanding of database management and CRM systems a must. Preferably GoldMine but not required.
Ability to quickly learn new software.
Work Schedule:
Full-time monthly contract or salary 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Achievement of targets is a requirement of employment.
Flexibility of working nights and weekends and some extra hours when required.
Salary commensurate upon experience, background and skills.
Benefits program available after 3 months of employment.
All work conducted at CRG Head Office in Abbotsford BC.
