We are a Design Company looking for a Web Developer/Programmer to refer clients to. The Web Developer must be able to take the website designs/template from us and translate this to the web. This is not a sub-contract position as you will deal directly with the Client. Website designs will be created in AI or Photoshop. All files are set up in layers and are clearly organized.


Skills:
- Must be located in the Lower Mainland - Abbotsford, Langley, Surrey etc. Preference will be given to those in Abbotsford.
- Must be able to convert web designs in layered Photoshop or AI files into HTML code. Must have exception coding skills
- Must understand XHTML/CSS, Flash, Dreamweaver, AJAX/Prototype, PHP/MySQL, JavaScript, Microsoft .NET/SQL Server, Wordpress CMS
- Competent with developing sites that are cross browser and cross platform compatible
- Minimum 3 years experience

These rectangles are for display ads for those who would like to advertise
aggressively their business.

They should be capable to accept carol draw files, office, others when I
make them.

The display ads are to be distributed on the side, top & bottom of home page (Different Design). Some ads (3 of them) double size horizontally and vertically.

Making and editing the ads is curtail point in the whole website. Making them suppose to be like filling a form to down load the graphic and tell the form which messages has to appear in flash with out any problem. The sequence of the messages (3) in flash has to be very clear.

As I said that when some user place order for display ad then they will give me their 3 important messages with length not to exceeds specific length so I could enter them one by one to generate the whole ad. So generating the ad has to be very simple because as I said the management of the whole website it has to be very friendly.

So in order to generate the display ads you go to a form to enter:

-Heading of the ad

-description of the ad (which is basically text only)

-graphic, which is sent by the user to me. I will save it and only down load it when the form asks me to. Over sizing or down sizing the form are supposed to take care of that.

-Then the 3 different Flash Text messages which I enter them one by one.

Once I finish entering the information in the form the program in the website suppose to generate the whole ad as a completed ad (text, graphic, flash messages).

We need other button BUSINESS SCREECH (reviewing what is in the database)

to be sorted 50 in a page, Number of pages will be displayed so they could view any page they like

I would like to make our agreement very clear in regard to the first payment.

-You will make the website according to my description and not according to your wish,

-the website will be on your server (your computer) until it is done (completed)

-I will be able to check the progress of building the web site by receiving a link from you every single day.

Please ask me more questions or you send me the link to show me what you have done so far .At the end it is in your interest to show me the progress other wise will be no prove that you are working on the website.

-I will communicate with you to tell you what is good and what is wrong to change

-when the web site is completed you test it on your server (your computer) and I will do the same

Because we might not be able for long period to complete the website I suggest doing the website in 3 stages first and second stage continually and the 3 stage in 2-4 months:
