Skill Requirements:
Education: Some high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate
Experience: Experience an asset
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Electronic cash register, Micros
Work Setting: Pub
Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings, Describe menu items including daily specials for customers, Advise on menu selections
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills: Describe and advise on wine selection
Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Assist customers with special needs, Balance cash and record sales, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Set tables
