Due to an illiness we are in an immediate need of a temp. full time General Office Administration/ Receptionist.
Our ideal candidate will be fresh out of high school but has some office expereince and training. With a staff of 8 dedicated professionals we are in need of a team player - quick learner and a helper! This person will contribute significantly to the team and ensure that the staff is most effective in their jobs. If you like the medical and/or healthcare industry we want your resume. This position is a temp. full time job. However, we sense it could evolve into a perm. full time job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Schedule appointments
Greet clients
Oversee front desk operations
Coordinate and manage holiday coverage
Date entry client info needs to be collected and managed effectively
Create new client charts
Sort, collect and time stamp charts
Manage files dead files, shredding and storage
Order stationary and supplies
Collects and records payment
Assist with inputting some payroll inf - Accountant will train
Keeping the office tidy and clean
Laundry
Communicate schedules to staff - apts etc - room bookings
Communicate with building management for health and safety, fire escape procedures, closures, etc.
