Looking for Web designers (Vancouver)

We are looking either for a freelance web designer that want continuous projects or recent graduates of the communication design program from Emily Carr University that specializes in information design. Knowledge of any programming languages is unnecessary as we already have a team for that but you are expected to be able to work in a team-based environment to liaison with the programmers.
