Looking for designer for programming partner (Lower Mainland)

I am a local developer that is looking for a extremely creative partner to work with on a number of projects.

I am looking for a reliable designer that I can count on to produce quality deliverables for an ongoing number of projects. Part-time/on your own time works for me as long as you can meet deadlines ,time management is a must.

I have been in the field for 5 years now building websites and online applications but have since leaned towards the latter. Being more of a programatic mind i know that my design skills are not what they could be, this is where you come in. I believe that clients deserve the best quality work I can provide, and with the help of a talented, creative designer we can provide a complete solution.

I am consistently in need of a creative person that can do the design side of things. We would work in partnership such that i would deal with the project management (ie clients, projects, deadlines, etc...) I would gather information regarding the project and pass to you all relevant information. From this you would handle design and mockup according to what the client has requested. I would then implement your design pending client approval. Again, I am looking for a DESIGNER ONLY, someone who can break out and be different! The types of sites we will be doing can be for almost any market, as such you need to be able to understand target audiences and market and tailor a design based on such factors. Creativity is key here, I am NOT looking for the same old stale styles you see again and again online, nor am i looking for someone to just copy some design from template-monster.

I would appreciate it, if you were located in the Lower Mainland. being from Richmond myself I would like to be able to get-together if a project requires.

Compensation for this partnership would be on a per-project basis. The amount paid for each project will be determined at the time of assignment.

If you think you would be a good fit for this opportunity I encourage you to email me. I am looking for 1 person at this time, but If you email me please indicate wether you wold like me to keep you on file incase we get swamped with work and need your services even if temporarily. I am always looking for quality, reliable designers.

In your email please include:

- a little about yourself, what you are currently doing - as i mentioned part-time/on your own time is fine, as long as you feel you are capable of producing quality work on time every time!

- Previous experience, projects you have worked on (links) hobby projects, etc.

- Please include a sample (the more the better) of previous work you have done. This does not need to be paid work, hobby site you have done are fine - just showcasing your talent!

Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you!
