Experience Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year working experience with focus on web design and development
Skill Requirements:
* Solid understanding of website usability
* User-centered web interface design expertise
* Expert with HTML and CSS
* Expert with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
* Advanced knowledge on JavaScript coding
* Skilled in resolving cross-browser related issues
* Solid understanding of XML, XSLT and Web Services
* Experience with CuteFTP and MS SourceSafe
* MS SQL Server database knowledge an asset
* Knowledge of .Net a plus
* Knowledge of backend coding/scripting a plus
* Strong organizational skills and highly motivated with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to function in an organized yet unstructured environment. Must work well independently, as well as part of a team
