Job Description

• Ensure customer conflict/objections/concerns are resolved, including escalating as required.
• Act as a Bell ambassador by professionally representing the Bell store and the organization in accordance with the Bell value standards.
• Anticipate, analyze and communicate sales trends to store management.
• Perform retail store "details" completely and accurately to ensure effective and efficient store operations

Qualifications
• Retail experience in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment

• Flexible to work day, evening and weekend shifts, based on business needs
• Flexible to work with a 35km radius of original store of hire
• Comfortable with technology such computers, mobile devices and digital merchandising
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent; post secondary education an asset.

• PQ Only – Bilingualism in French and English

Better find a good one. I am a former client and after doing an assessment, I was told that I was not employable and that they don't know what else to do for me, so my file was closed with no further referrals to any other agencies/services, etc. I took matter into my own hands, went to school etc and now I am gainfully employed and respected and I never bring up the matter of once being an IAMCares' client. I have a mature cat that really gets stressed out when forced to leave the house.

We live in Queensborough (New West) and up until last month had a Petcetera that was just around the corner (grooming). They have since gone bankrupt and I was wondering if anyone was able to visit our home and assist in cutting PK's (cats) nails and give her a quick brush? She is usually really easy going when it comes to nails/grooming but I find it rather difficult to do myself.

If this is a service you would be able to offer, could you please quote us on the cost. We would like to make this a weekly/bi-weekly appointment as we just purchased some new furniture which PK seems to have considered her personal scratching post.
