Needed: A sharp developer who can take an open source job board application that may need some add-ons (I am thinking Word press with their SEO app) to implement a job board that has an easy to use GUI and is cheap to operate and although a payment back end will be available via a Pay Pal merchant account - will be free and allow posters (companies) to post there jobs and (depending on module) allow job seekers to post their resumes to be searchable. There are many free / open source solutions for this but the difference is this: I own a URL that is potentially # 1 in the market I am looking to enter. I want traffic and I want an ease of use for user with protection against spammers and the usual riffraff. This must be a quality board and keep the escort and Viagra out.
Your pay? Yes - per hour or per the job. I have the references to back up that I follow through with my contracts and I will even pay a portion up front for the right developer.
What I am looking for is not brain surgery and I only want to deal with someone who absolutely knows what and how to do this quickly and efficiently. The cost to the user will be "zero" and the intent is that enough traffic will eventually allow for some paid Google ads or similar. Think of a free job board that using off upgradeable, off the shelf, open source software will allow you to add some graphics, personalize and eventually garner traffic because the very URL name will attract traffic if the site is properly SEO and a few links proffered around to drive traffic. Not expecting a win overnight – but want to get this off the ground.
Room for growth and PLEASE - only those who know what I have described respond. Too much investment is going into this for any wannabes as I am investing "everything" so please respect that.
