FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE FOR EXPERIENCED FLORAL DESIGNER
Requirements include:
1. Completely fluent in written & spoken English
2. MINIMUM ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE IN FLORAL DESIGN (NOT NEGOTIABLE!)
3. Strong customer service & retail sales skills
4. Valid driver’s license
5. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word & Email etc
6. Good physical health (some heavy lifting required)
7. Must be presentable, stylish, creative, & work well in a busy small team environment.
Duties include:
1. Taking orders over the phone & in the store
2. Designing orders
3. Cleaning & prep of fresh flowers & plants
4. General store duties: customer service/ maintenance of flowers & plants/ mopping floors & keeping store clean
5. Some delivery & set-up of weekly accounts (in our vehicle)
Additional experience in any or all of the following will be considered when negotiating your wage
1. Wedding & Events
2. Film Industry (Set Decoration)
3. High end retail sales experience
4. Website design skills/Graphic design skills
5. Buying experience at UFGC
