We are an small and newly established Investment Banking firm looking for either an accountant or someone with
securities/ private company analyst experience.
We are interested in people who can read financial statements (cash flow/ Income statement/ balance sheet) and know how
to analyze a business. For the right person this position would offer the chance to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment
searching for high quality companies and cutting deals to invest in and take them public. This would involve alot of travel.
You do not need investment banking experience, just the ability to spot a potentially good company. You would need to be a self starter
looking for new ways to stay ahead of the competition and search out the best undiscovered opportunities. (private companies)
Apart from looking for promising investments part of the job would involve consulting with public companies in terms of keeping their
books in order, helping with the yearly audit, helping them control their costs. This part of the job involves helping a diverse group of
startup companies meet their goals.
This would not be a standard 9-5 job, it would require a very hard worker who enjoys their job, is results orientated and passionate.
